ARBEQUINAS DE MONT-RUBÍ
In 1956 a deep cold snap froze all the olive trees (Olea europaea) in L'Avellà and much of Catalunya. Those ancient trunks, planted long ago on the stony, calciumrich, soils, came back to life and today produce the delicious Arbequina olive oil of MontRubí. Harvested by hand and extracted via cold pressing to maintain its antioxidant properties, we bottle our olive oil unfiltered to preserve all its aromatic potential to provide you with an oil of maximum freshness and excellent quality.
Soft and fruity with a long and delicate finish.
