Harvested slightly later than normal in September,
with a rigorous grape selection. Partial fermentation with skins and aging during 4 months in 300 liters French oak barrels.
Finished in 300 liters clay pots for one month.
Intense yellow colour. Soft and perfumed nose with citric notes and exotic fruits. The palate is velvety and soft with good unctuosity and a fresh finish.
